Dear IEJEE Readers,
This number of International Electronic Journal of Elementary Education (IEJEE) is marking a special and pleasing turning point in the history of this scientific journal. After nine years tireless efforts for making IEJEE accessible and high quality educational journal, we in this issue of IEJEE, succeeded in making it even more accessible for those who do research, making policy and serve in elementary education.
