Ethics and Plagiarism


Publication Ethics

The Journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follows COPE guidelines with respect to handing ethical issues, including misconduct and retractions.

The following ethical duties and responsibilities are written in the light of the guide and policies made by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

 

Plagiarism Policy

According to IEJEE policy, every manuscript has to be checked by plagiarism checker software, either Turnitin or iThenticate. The plagiarism reports produced by the software are to be uploaded to our system along with the manuscript. Editors make the final decision according to the plagiarism reports. Authors might be asked to edit their manuscripts or manuscripts might me terminated from the process. All the responsibility of the manuscripts regarding to ethical issues belong to authors.
